And Seeders are more animal in thought and nature, with just more intelligence and understanding. A dog wouldn't befriend the cat after years of fighting. Either one will win, or one will lose. If they fail, they run and wait to attack another time.

And I don't see how a small fleet of ships is insanely overpowered, when a single opponent could literally drown the entire fleet with dozens of ships each. Was there not a major problem with the first roleplay because everyone's fleets were getting too large? The Draconians were the largest, and they didn't even have a million planets, and yet here you all are, with millions and millions of planets.
