I think it might be because you left out "once per turn" or anything to that effect. When I looked at it, the wording kind of seemed to suggest it was a constant "mill any monster that makes its way to the top of the deck, then deal damage" thing. Relieved to hear that's not how it works though.

Also, think I've got most of the stuff for my character worked out. Going with [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Roid]the best adorable machines.[/url] Kind of unfortunate that their Miracle Fusion clone was never actually released, but ah well.
