Patrick watched as the girl stepped out and closed the door behind her.
"Well I like to get a feel for the properties I am going to buy. I was planning on bulldozing the place and creating a large cabin like home which I would sell for profit."
He said matter of factly, Patrick was good at lying and he was even better about lying about business.
"Now if I could use you landline maybe I could call my business associates and find out what the confusion has been" Patricks smile was back on his face. He had a habit of doing that but it seemed to make people trust him more. Especially when he looks like your stereotypical wealthy businessman, not some creepy murderer. 
"As you probably know you cant get any reception from cell phones out here."
