The powers will be nerfed meaning like, if you make a Witch for example, their powers will not be that effective. Same for vampires, their speed would be reduced - things like that. I'll have to elaborate more in the OOC. They won't be powerless, because what's the fun in that? All creatures will still be themselves.

Werewolves will still have to change, and yes they will change inside of the Prison.
