“Er, well… Sorry, for bumping into you.” She repeated, not knowing what else to say to the dark-haired boy. ‘Mostly gone, and into my hands.’ She thought, letting out a small sigh. The large crowd and distractions all over the room was making her feel clumsier than she had ever felt in years. ‘Does Crash feel like this all the time? Urgh… I wouldn’t be able to handle it.’ Looking at his face, she had an odd feeling she had seen him before but couldn’t find a name in her memories. “Excuse me but, have we met before?”* In the middle of wondering what she was going to do about her sticky hands, she gave Crash a grateful smile when he handed her a napkin. Watching him go over to the bar she started saying, “Crash wait, I’ll help carry-” A loud slam interrupted her. She and pretty much everyone at the party could see Dani lying hurt on the table with a white-haired boy standing over him with a menacing glare. She also caught sight of Zivon nearby. She wanted to go and help. She did, but she hesitated. ‘What can I do if I go there? Can I take them and run? With this crowd?' Kathy’s hesitation disappeared when she saw Crash intervene. Gritting her teeth, she pushed her way through the crowd. “Stop being such a coward Kathy. You don’t need to fight that guy to help.” She told herself, keeping her hands balled into a fist to stop them from shaking. Reaching Zivon and Dani, she took the slightly used napkin in her hand and pressed it against Dani’s nose. “Here. Your nose isn’t broken is it?” She asked, brushing off some of the mess on Dani’s clothes.
((She hasn’t. But Kathy saw the little incident Matt had with Oona, which is why his face ‘seems’ a bit familiar.))
