I wasn't talking about Saskatchewan in particular. If I remember correctly, North Dakota, Saskatchewan and Alberta have the three lowest unemployment rates in North America, respectively.

Funfact: every province in Eastern Canada is above the national unemployment rate average, and every province in Western Canada is below it.
