As Amelia sat there looking at the gorgeous egg she couldn't help but reach out an touch the shimmering shell. As her fingertips made contact she felt the strangest sensation ever to happen to her. The dragon that had visited her dreams for as long as she could remember flew out of the clouds and smiled at her only this time upon the dragon was mounted a woman who though more adult in body an appearance could be Amelia's twin.
As quickly as rider an dragon appeared the swung back into the clouds an disappeared. Amelia couldn't but help getting the sensation that she'd just seen her mother and that she shouldn't mention seeing either her or her dragon.
Looking down in her lap where she'd pulled the lost egg Amelia heard one word "Aurora" and saw a beautiful creature that she knew was now her best friend in all of existence.
