"Scram, kid." Juke Song eyed the Poké Ball in his hand as he played around with it, throwing it up into the air and catching it as it fell while nearly fumbling it clumsily onto the street of Lumiose City. He had forcefully taken it from the youngster's weak grasp, prying it out of the immature brat's little fingers on Route 4 – a number of days had passed since then, and the Shinx seemed to already open up to him. The kid had worn out the Shinx so much through battling other trainers that he hadn't taken the Pokémon's condition into consideration, and all it did was piss him off. He still debated as to whether or not he should have given it up to the Blackbody Corporation, or not. Juke didn't care about the little kid and his crying afterwards; the boy was clearly a perfect example of someone who should not train Pokémon. To push Ciel, the newly-named Shinx over her limit and to the brink of dying from exhaustion, was paramount to starving a human of food and water. Truth be told, the majority of all trainers didn't deserve Pokémon at all. That's why he joined the Blackbody Corporation, and that's a reason why he was still there; to build a better future, but for most of his own satisfaction, to earn a paycheck so he himself didn't starve. Juke yawned as he walked with his hands pocketed, hunched forward and his eyes glued to the ground as Giotto began to nibble on his left ear from atop of his shoulder. He rarely ever kept his Cyndaquil in its Poké Ball, and though as much as he wanted to bond with him, he hated the unnecessary attraction from other trainers that it brought to him. Being in the company of multiple people was the only thing worse than trainers who abused and overworked their Pokémon. That was when the shadow of legs drew itself into the picture, and before Juke could step out of the way, it was already too late. He bumped right into the obviously-taller man and fell back as Giotto went with him, ending up underneath his weight as he quickly sat up so he wasn't crushing him. "Hey, you okay, Giot-" the Fire Mouse coughed up a thin spark of fire as it caught the back of his jacket and a small flame lit up, causing the boy to jump back up to his feet and begin struggling to pat it down with his hands outstretched behind him. When he did manage to put out the small flame at the back of his jacket and he returned Giotto to his shoulder, Juke fumed as he stepped to the side of the person that he now recognized as his partner, Seito. "What the hell's the big deal with you standing in the middle of nowhere, asshole-" he tugged at the man's arm and tried to shift Seito's body so that he would face him, giving up when he realized that he was joined by two other people. His hands quickly returned to his pockets as he turned the other cheek and scoffed. "Who're these people?"
