[/quote] Even though she's capable of harnessing water and swimming, Ajala is still a land-dweller. In the Indian, Hindu and Buddhist legend, of which Ajala is based from, Nagas and Naginis don't necessarily live in the bodies of water they protect. That would be a more apt description for the myth in other countries, such as Laos, Indonesia and Malaysia.
