Adela likes to mess around. She hardly ever takes her job seriously, and if it weren't for her accurate aiming skills she might not have been on the honor guard at all. She is extremley prejudiced towards halflings, she sees them more so as a dangerous cross between species that should never have exsisted. She is very cocky about everything she does, and refuses to lose in anything she does, be it a fight or a baking contest. She goes to any extent to achieve her goals, and runs her mouth about how often she achieves them.

Adela grew up in a rich family, where she was handed everything she wanted. She was raised by parents who always taught her to keep the boundary of human and faerie separate, and that halflings weren't worth her time. Adela's family is a strict bloodline of all humans, and Adela takes pride in her heritage. Her families approval is what she cares about, and the fact she is on the honor guard makes her family beam with pride.
