Devika blinked a few times, completely confused, as the happy feeling suddenly went dead. It was like someone flipped a switch and replaced the happiness with... well, nothing. Nothing that she could feel, anyway. And then it was back. Devika continued to watch Anthony pass by, and couldn't help but wink back at him as her grin broadened. That was an impressive trick- their powers seemed to affect the same things, but in clearly different ways. Even knowing that, she couldn't help but wonder if that sort of thing was teachable...
