His father was a chef who worked at a local restaurant while his mother was a nurse in the towns hospital. Jarek never had any brothers or sisters growing up and had very little friends. His parents had to pay for his schooling and so, they were rather poor. Jarek used what little money he could gather to buy books or clothes. Overall he was happy during childhood, even with the poverty and such. He kept himself occupied most of the time by just wandering around outside or reading. As he grew older though, he became more and more fascinated with the military. His friends brother had been in the army and often told his little brother along with Jarek and a few other friends of his time in the army. Jarek grew more and more fascinated with the army as he grew older. Along with his fondness for the army, grew his fondness for planes. He constantly read about them as much as he could and had always wanted to soar in the sky much alike a bird. He knew he wanted to join Poland's air force more than anything when he was old enough to join, much to the displeasure of his parents. When he joined and finally got into a plane he was a natural at flying it. His instructors couldn't believe how much of a prodigy he was at flying the contraption, Jarek pinpointed it down to the fact that he had read the plane books he owned as a child about three times each. He quickly ascended through the ranks through the years he was in the air force, reaching the rank of 'Komandor porucznik' before he was assigned to a special division. The division was set up to further advance the prowess of the Polish air force. It used most of Polands military funding for the year it went on and crafted the best planes used for military use yet. A group of four was chosen to be in the division, Jarek and three other men of equal or higher rank. They each received a specialized 'jet' unlike any other built before. Jarek's was reinforced to be able to handle more damage than most, along with having jets that allowed him to stall and restart the engine as much as he liked. Their operations were highly covert and hidden by the government as much as possible for the 6 months they operated. Their operations were grinded to a halt by the outcome of their final mission. It was a stealth mission, they were to land inside a zeppelin and blow it up from the inside. They done well up to the bomb planting point, but they soon found out they had only gotten this far because the ships, captain had wanted them to. He was an expert pilot himself and took one of the planes for his own before killing all but Jarek and thereby preventing them from planting the bomb. Or so he thought. The reason Jarek was spared was that the planes had a complex flying mechanism and the captain wouldn't have had anyone to teach him how to fly without a teacher. Jarek was held hostage on the zeppelin for what felt like months, each day having to teach his mortal enemy how to fly a dead man's plane. Soon enough, the Polish air force amassed a flight squadron big and strong enough to plant the bomb on the zeppelin and save Jarek. They went in a lot more stealthily than the previous group had and as a result, saved Jarek before they were spotted. They found him bruised and tortured. The captain had cut his face so badly that scars patterned the centre and left of his face. They saved him and took him to plant the bomb before retreating to their planes. They were promptly sniped by the captain's guards. Jarek managed to get away just as his windshield lowered over his plane. He escaped the zeppelin and blew it up. Only to discover he was being tailed. The captain had gotten into one of the one-of-a-kind planes and was chasing him along with two normal wooden planes struggling to keep up. Jarek had failed to teach the captain one crucial thing about the planes though, how to restart so quickly from a stall. He flew directly upwards before stalling his engines, the captain thinking he could restart as quickly as Jarek did, mimicked the maneuvere, only to discover the engines taking a lot longer to start up. While the captain was struggling to restart, Jarek took out the guards, slicing through their wings with his own reinforced wings like paper. He knew the captain was alive though, they were too high up for even the worst pilot to have stalled for too long. He was alive and was in possession of his dead teammates plane. Jarek spent most of his time in Havana, Cuba before the war started. Drinking himself to what seemed like an early grave and spending most of his time in hostels. When the war started though, he knew the old captain would be on the airfield again, and he had to act fast before the plane got into enemy hands. He began searching warfields and airfields, using a stolen radio to keep up to date. He helped as much as he could in battles on the ground and in the sky, and his flying prowess earned him the title "The White Baron" as some sort of parody of the famous German pilot in world war 1. Soon enough, Jarek caught onto something. British airforces were being obliterated by a single silver plane. He knew it was his old enemy. The dogfight took ages to end. They were both at each other's necks and has suffered major damage. Jarek got lucky though, a bullet pierced the windshield and through the neck of the captain, sending him to a watery grave. Jarek returned home to Havana to get his plane repaired, later returning to the skies to combat piracy and the Nazi force. Other:[/centre]
