well Chiron did hint in the books that God might actually exist, and if the Egyptians gods exist along with the Greek gods then it is possible for God to exist in the world of Percy Jackson. It has been done before in many other fictional universes like in DC the Greek Pantheon exist in a universe with the Presence who is the Judeo-Christian god. It would also help explain why the Greeks and Egyptians stopped believing in their gods. I think it would be interesting because then there would be resentment towards the monotheist representatives and yet another string of arguments between the characters.
