s-sorry I took so long I'm an easily distracted human being Name: Dwayne Harris Age: 35 Appearance: Short blond hair and (slightly unnerving) blue eyes. Chapped lips, and very calloused, scarred hands. He has a lot of tiny little gashes in his arms that might look at first glance like gouge marks. They're actually the scars of IV needle wounds which he scratched at and which got infected. Fortunately he usually wears long sleeves, or just doesn't get out much. His canines are filed to sharp points. He has a very sad, kind of droopy look to him. Villain or Hero: Villain, possibly subject to change. Height: 6'0 Ethnicity: Northern European. Occupation: Surgeon Superpowers: His 'powers' aren't something he developed, they're sort of artificial. Using some weird gene therapy (lots of bribes and hush money) he's altered his salivary glands to produce a potent neurotoxic venom. It's only effective if absorbed into the bloodstream of course, and it easily breaks down in his stomach. It's not deadly if he spits at you (aiming at the eyes) but you'd want to wash that stuff out of there ASAP. In the blood however, antivenin is definitely required. Not really a power, but he's also amazing at throwing darts, so if he can't get close enough to deliver a bite, he'll just spit on a dart or knife and throw that. Weaknesses: He needs to take medication everyday to prevent mild hallucinations. Sometimes he has trouble distinguishing reality from nonreality, and sometimes he daydreams to the point of forgetting where he is. He has tremors often, and if there's medication for that then he takes it too. Personality: Jittery. He's afraid people know secrets about him. He's afraid he'll be judged, dragged to prison, publicly humiliated, etc. He's a sociopath, but not a severe one. When he trusts someone, it's pure bliss for him, and he'll respond with fierce loyalty, but he takes any given kind gesture with a grain of salt, because he can't imagine anyone doing anything for him without having the intention of using him. He hates deviating from the familiar, or anything being thrust on him without his first being prepared, and this can trigger mental breakdowns. Background: He was kind of the bottom of the ladder among 5 children, and the older ones often kind of overshadowed him. All the more determined though, he set off to college and learned toxicology, anatomy, and medicine. He's always been a little bit unstable. The IV wounds are from when he put viruses (containing venom-making genes) into himself. That's a bit of the reason why he shakes so much; it damaged the motor region of his brain. Additional Info: If he has a feeling of being watched, he'll destroy whatever is "watching" him (usually a painting, or animal, or even just an arrangement of objects that look like eyes to him). The shaking stops when he does surgery which is a really good thing because otherwise he'd be in quite the legal trouble.
