And it's not even the most formal suit she owns.

Name: Suwa Akira[/*]
Age: 18[/*]
Gender: Female[/*]
Personality: Akira is eminently self-assured, but not in an altogether... flashy way. She doesn't boast about her abilities, show them off, or even make them obvious, regardless of what they are. Simply: a challenge to her abilities is met with no hesitation, and putting the required effort in to meet that challenge. Corresponding to this: she dislikes braggarts, and will--if having a bad day--take action to put them firmly in their place. However, this self-assurance extends to exactly one place it should not extent: finding her way about. Akira can get lost inside a cardboard box, and then end up finding her way to somewhere with no apparent connection to the cardboard box. And, at no point other than her destination, will she find anything the slightest bit strange about her surroundings. Trying to get to the academy and spending the overwhelming majority of her time in shop aisles? Perfectly normal for her. Shop aisles tend to be an improvement over some of the places she finds herself... like outside of the city or in another city. Being lost and late all the time, and not knowing most of the people who surround you, leaves a lot of time for rumination, and Akira has thus put a lot of thought into the way society currently works. The people at the top? They have S-Ranked chips, and control who gets the chips and decks. But, somehow, people have to get at the top with inferior equipment, otherwise society would be entirely static. Thus, it is obvious that even the best chip cannot replace ability. The conclusion to be drawn from this is that it should be possible to equal what technology can provide through the strength of your own skill... or that's what Akira thinks, anyway, and she's doing her best to put it into practice. She's rather quiet and brooding in person, unsurprisingly enough.[/*]
Bio: Akira's father is the one that passed on the sword she now carries--along with the skill to use that. Sadly, that was seven years ago, before illness and being the lowest of the low took its toll. Akira was left to hone her skills by... pretty much wandering around and looking like an easy target. People learned the hard way that this was not, in fact, the case, and the white-haired girl made a surprisingly good amount of money from would-be assailants learning the error of their ways. Enough to get her suits, certainly. More recently, she entered the academy, more for the purpose of being in a position to identify how much she still had to improve before she could take steps towards righting this whole mess where law was determined by who has the best toys. Since her attendance is rather irregular, she's not got as much information as she would like, nor as much experience as she wants in dealing with these chips and decks.[/*]
Grade: Third[/*]
Battle Chip: Absolutely None[/*]
Anything Else: Chicken Pie! Behold the most inappropriate theme. Finally: yes, that is a sword Akira is carrying around. Yes, she knows how to use it, very well, in fact. Or how to fight without it. The sword just does a fine job of intimidating people. However it was made, it isn't exactly a normal blade, seeing as it seems to have a resistance to being broken or tarnished in any way that is far beyond normal for a blade. On the other hand, it's just a blade and thus not all that useful for someone that doesn't know how to use one. And she does indeed show up to school in the suit and armed, since she often arrives having planned to go somewhere else, or simply not having gotten home to change. Only once has she ever actually arrived in school uniform--and that was to a gym class. Still, she can be led to the right place once there.[/*]
