I'd say roughly 13 months, enough time for the government to realize what was happened and decide the best option was to lock us up. As for how we came into being. I guess I didn't give this too much thought so I suppose to keep it simple and not a cliche of falling into a vat of acid, we just reached a point in humanity that evolution has occurred and for what ever reason, people started to manifest these super human abilities. With that being said, I would like some input on what she should be called other than Supes or mutants. 

Another thing I just thought of, our prison outfits. They'll be closest in appearance to the classic orange two piece outfit but these are a bland white with gray trim, our prisoner number over the heart. In your appearance section, please include a short written description for how you wear yours. They don't bust our balls about walking around with our top around our waist or sleeves cut off or whatever. This gives us some diversity for appearance other than literally just gender and what our face and hair look like.
