Another misunderstanding. That John chapter said nothing was made which was made without him. Obviously He did not create that which was not made. Clearly you don't think God made Himself?

First in time, or first as in supremacy? 

Genesis says God made the Heaven and the earth.

And, no, that is not what Genesis says.
