The selected fleets, numbering about 500 thousand, has arrived to the scene to find an analysis that Retsukuu no longer has biological cells, and has since then evolved into a form of pure magical energy. Before the plan could even be let through, however, Retsukuu had suddenly shifted into a form of pure energy again, then in sight, emits a huge, bluish-purple explosion sphere, which although dealt little damage, knocked out every electronics and magic in the area, disabling all ships and the power on the planet regardless of any EMP protection. Time for power restoration unknown. Charge attack seems to be preparing to be attempted.
