Bronze Sword (x2): 700
Bronze Lance: 350
Light: 500
Heal: 600
Hand-Axe: 600

That leaves 9950 gold to spend on the reclass options, and possibly another unit if you have enough left after that.

That doesn't include the vulneraries.
