Abilities: 

Iceborn: Lissandra is able to cast extremely powerful spells with little to even no exertion on her part. 

Black Ice Magic: Lissandra is capable of forming and manipulating black ice to her will, using it for offensive and/or defensive purposes. She is also able to instantly freeze the ground in a circle around her to entrap any opponents that are around her. The Black Ice she uses forms her own body and is magical, capable of trapping even formless entities. Such is the power of the Frozen Watchers. 

Glacial Path: Lissandra is capable of launching a claw of ice at any straight direction, capable of grabbing on and trapping opponents it comes across. Even more fearsome, however, is the ability for her to teleport to the claw's location. 

Frozen Tomb: Lissandra's most fearsome ability; she is capable of instantly entrapping any foe within a certain radius into a giant tomb of black ice. The Glacian monument will then begin to spread it's ice. Although those she traps are usually imprisoned for all eternity, if some weakling begs her to show mercy she is capable of freeing the one she entombs.
