Personality: Because of her past if a boy compliments her she becomes confused, and when she is touched by anyone she has panic attacks. To protect herself she has created a cold, fiesty exterior that pushes others away so she can hide the true broken girl inside.

History: Tris is a girl who came from an abusive home, not sexual or physical abuse just mental other than a time she got punched when her dad was drunk at the age of 5. Tris' mother, brother, and father along with people at schools mentally abused her and treated her like crap. This has caused her to be self-conscious and hates people telling her anything about her or accusing her of being something. People have tried to call her beautiful and amazing before but she never believes it. She feels like she is nothing but trash that people can throw around. She even hates the feeling of being touched because she had a boyfriend at the age of 15 who treated her well until things got heated while they were kissing and tried to force himself on her. He broke it off with her and spread rumors that she was a slut and trashy so she believed it and that only made her mentality worse. So without her knowledge, he drove her to a "date" to make it up to her and left her infront of the mansion. (yes this is an edited version of another history but thats only because I was having writers block)
