I've explained this before.

This school follows the philosophy of existentialism. Basically, go to what class you want when you want. There is no real schedule. Just a library and classes for when enough students want it. You can make up times for the class you want and just have her show up. the teachers are all nameless NPCs.

Want her to go to class? Make her go to class. A teacher will be there. Aka, you'll RP the teacher. Boom, easy.
