He paused for just a moment. “What I am proposing is that while we all meet at the site with one scientist and four guards each. Then while our scientist takes a look at the facility, kept in check by your own scientist and their three guards, you and I can speak together to initiate a peace treaty.”

Halion thought about this for a moment, it was a reasonable proposal and the best thing he could do at the moment was stall until Tonak returned or the Lucien Alliance sent help. “Four Military, one scientist. You’re guards bring only stun weapons, mine will do the same, I assume you have Zat'nik'tels or something similar. You will be searched once you reach the ground and if anything form of explosive or wide range stun weapon is found your lives are forfeit. Are these terms agreeable.”

“Quite agreeable. However if stun weapons only I want it ensured that at no point are we in a position where we are outnumbered. Throughout the excursion the number of your people should match ours so that the advantage remains nill. This will ensure a stalemate that leaves no-one thinking they have the other hand. For if one side does feel they have the upper hand it will get messy for both parties. Especially with the Langford in orbit-” He just had to ensure that the threat was present. Basically indicating to Halion that if he was getting any ideas to ambush them later the Langford could easily leave Tolia defenceless. “-I want to ensure that no-one gets hurt on this mission. If you wish to discuss any further terms reach me on this frequency, we will beam down in half an hour. Williams out.” He cut the channel and sighed. 

This Halion must really be one of the few people to understand tech on the planet for he wasn’t the best negotiator around so he had to be doing something right. Despite this it was still technically his planet and whether he liked it or not Williams respected that. He took out his PDA and sent a message to Colonel Blaze, Lieutenant Zaken, Lieutenant Brown, Captain Falk, Rea’c, Dr.Lawson and he sent a curtousy message to the Captain.:

With that he opened a channel to the bridge “Captain, I have secured passage to the previously mentioned site. Please enter a stable orbit and have your weapons powered down, however keep them on standby just in case things don’t go as well as planned. I have sent you a copy of the message I have sent the team members. I will not be taking Ariadne and Milton Brandt with me for I will be relying on them if things do not go according to plan. If you have any questions I suggest you ask them now, there is not much time.”
