"Sayomi... It's not that I'm against you documenting other races, I agree with that. I just don't want you invading someone's privacy like that," Korian explained, smiling sheepishly. If anyone could make him heel and cover his tracks it was his Lieutenant. "Your research has been valuable no doubt, I am certainly grateful for all of the work you do." It was something he couldn't well ever do himself, that was for sure. Not only would he not know exactly what to look for he'd have no idea how to go about acquiring it. At the furthest end of his skills he might be somewhat of a diplomat, but at the end of the day he was really just a soldier, one who happened to be a Commander. Watching Sayomi move over to one of the consoles he followed after her, cringing slightly when she accused him. She was right and he hated it. Even if he didn't agree with the crew he did nothing to silence their chatter, and as such his Lieutenant had a reputation she well didn't deserve. "Forgive me, I should have done something about it," Korian replied, reaching out and placing a hand on Sayomi's shoulder. "But I don't believe what they say, at all. Not only do I know you better but I'm fully confident in every thing you do," he added, smiling gently. "After all, would I pick anyone but the best as my Lieutenant?" Leto had put his foot in his mouth, as he tended to do. Definitely the wrong choice of words as T'charrl looked to be taken aback a bit by his claims. Immediately trying to save it the Yulian smiled bashfully, rubbing at his head. "Not charge, persay... But they've taken it under their care. Took it upon themselves to protect it. Yes, that's it! They play protectors of sorts, but leave everyone to their own otherwise. Guardian angels if you will. Truly a manly and worthwhile endeavor!" Unfortunately too it was an unrealistic one. The galaxy was so massive and their ranks so small, they were barely covering the area they had now. It was why the offensives were becoming more and more common, they had to defeat the Saiyans to gain peace, there was no other way. The pair stepped out of the ship, back onto the soil and into the sunlight. Around them crew members were beginning to haul tools and leftover materials back to the ship, steadily packing up already. "We're your allies, T'charrl. No matter what happened between our Commander and your friends never forget that. In an age of strife the men must stick together to triumph over evil! I look forward to fighting by your side some day!" "You can do it Shu, just concentrate and it'll work out." Takeshi was ready to dip his head down to avoid any concussive backlash, expecting another sketchy shot. Not only did a blast not fly by his head, but he soon noticed a lack of weight on his back. Confused he reached around and grabbed at air, his eyes widening in realization. Sure enough when he looked behind himself Shu was up in the air, firing off a modestly large sized blast at the creature. Hardly caring whether the attack hit or not the Saiyan darted over, catching his younger sibling in his arms, minding the sword of course. "You could have given me some warning before you did that," Takeshi said, sighing a bit stress-fully. Behind them the blast had slammed into something, and a loud roar told him it was the creature who had been struck. Looking behind them his eyebrows raised in amazement, seeing quite a bit of fur and even skin seared along its arm, shoulder and even a little on the upper back. So that blast had some punch to it, thank goodness it hadn't exploded. This however gave Takeshi an idea, one that hopefully his brother would buy into. "Shu? I'll toss you up, you shoot again. If you can do the same thing then we'll get him, got it?" Once more the creature tossed a boulder their way, to which Takeshi easily descended to avoid, keeping his brother firmly clutched to his chest until they stopped. "I'd learn if someone offered to teach me. But everyone is too busy gallivanting about or doing other things to even think to offer." Yumi retorted, frowning and looking away from Viral out the other window. She certainly wasn't going to go around begging to be taught, she didn't want to learn that badly. Besides, with all of the people now among them who did know how to operate a ship why did she even need to bother to learn? One more pilot didn't really seem necessary, this was just one rare occasion when it would have helped. "Steering IS hard when you've never done it Viral. Anything is hard when you've never done it, so pardon my inadequacy." Letting out a soft little huff Yumi rolled over slightly, laying up against her seat and folding her arms beneath her chest. Her exhaustion coupled now with a growing hunger made her fairly grumpy, and the words of faith from her friend wasn't exactly making things any nicer. Still, she felt bad for snapping, and turning her head slightly she looked over at Viral out of the corner of her eye. "Sorry... But it is hard. I don't know how anything works. At least we didn't crash?"
