GM Ruling - Intervention in player episode with disruptive NPC. Allowed as part of the rules off player episodes. Tonak was disappointed in Halion after he got the report from Kane, who had gone to great lengths to fill him in. Even risked the transmission being picked up just to let Tonak know what had to be done. No-one messed with the Lucian Alliance or their plans. Or at least no-one did and lived to tell the tale anyway. He moved to a clearing and pressed a button on his wrist and was beamed up via rings to his Al’kesh. He would just have to hope that the Tauri would blame it on Halion and not be too inquisitive into what was going on. He moved the ship directly above the meeting chambers of the ministry, as he knew they were in “session” over this little dispute. Especially after Halion had just agreed to terms to meet the outsiders. Once he knew he was positioned perfectly he activated the rings, tearing through the roof of the building and landing right beside Halion with his pistol raised to the mans forehead. “Your services are no longer required." With a squeeze of his finger the man lay dead as everyone else in the room cried out in panic. Tonak fired his weapon in the air to silence them before speaking in a commanding tone; “I am Tonak of the Lucian Alliance as most of you well know. I am taking control of this planet in this crisis in order to protect you from the people of the Tauri.” He aimed his weapon around threateningly. “Does anyone disagree with my ruling?” He looked around as they shook their heads and smiled. Those in power never wanted to lose it. “This will all be over shortly, and you can get back to your meager lives.” He pointed at someone at random. “You, call back the Al’kesh and the Gliders. Have the Ha’tak stand down.” The man nodded. “Someone get me a line to the alien ship.”
