Michael is the brother of Raphael, but unlike his brother, he did not attempt to run away from his duties and remains one of the Velvet Room's attendants. He takes care of anything Milton does not feel like doing and usually gets stuck running pointless errands. Michael is very confused by life on earth and easily fascinated by technology, amazed that humans are capable of surviving without any supernatural abilities.
