I'm staying out of this. As I said, I had both, but I never worried about the logistics of these things. I know it adds to the realism, but to me it takes away the fun if you have to worry about things like that. Keeping track of how many arrows you have, remembering to reload your pistol after every shot. That's why I often use sword play and martial arts. Aside from minor upkeep (which can be glossed over) and training (which if you have a sparring partner can be real fun to write) it just bogs down the RP. I think it's called suspension of disbelief? Does that apply here? I'm not being a smartass, I really want to know.
