Dang no Zanpakuto name yet. I'm not sure what release command would go with Noche Cuervo, so I'm a little iffy on it. If I was feeling lazy I'd steal Ulquiorra's Zanpakuto name and release command, but nah. 

As to appearance, think along the lines of Sosuke Aizen meets Isshin Kurosaki.
