No worries. Highschool of the Dead is not a prerequisite for this, but if you're thinking of "fan service," then we're in harmony. However, I should let you know that I don't limit fan service to gratuitous T&A. It's why I mentioned the "hack'n'slash" part, to appeal to you action lovers.
