Do I have to apply logic as to how I have the ability, or how the ability works? 
There's a difference. Also what details? Like, for my electron manipulation (electricity basically) Do I have to describe how I use the power? Or can it be more simple like taking electrons and using them to make electricity, magnetic fields, which in turn can make some objects volatile due to their atomic state and others more stable?
