Endless Nine(Along with natural fantasy resistance)- An absolute anti-fantasy ability that simply causes agnostic or unwelcome fantasy interference to evaporate.Essentially the Endless Nine of Battler, however this is not an ability from being a "Main Character in a story" or "Denying Magic completely". Rather it's a combination of being a former main character in her home kakera, and being known as a "Anti Magic Witch". 
Voyager Class Witch- At the class of a "witch of the Senate". Coincidentally she is a literal Witch of the Senate as well. This is just general magical ability.
Magic Compendium- Has absolute authority over the magical foundations listed under nickname. She is the only one who holds and can use these titles, conceptually speaking.
Observers Authority- An authority granted by the Senate and Great Court. It is a special authority that can be invoked by the user to exercise all proper abilities of a true "observer". Used for investigative purposes.

 Dispatched by the City of Books to lead the Library Fleet as acting Commander. She is one of the two "consuls" of the Senate. She is only seen collecting the highest level of stories. Usually an observer must note that a particular tale is excellent and worthy of eternal protection and honor within the City of Books. However as a representative of the highest levels of the Senate itself, her presence as observer at a gameboard means certain doom for it. The decision has already been made by the Senate and Great Court; this game board will be "stored" within the Great Witch of Theatergoing, Drama, and Spectating's Noble City of Carefully Selected Books for all eternity for its honor and protection. It is merely a formality that expresses how important this gameboard was, and livens up its final chapter to make it more interesting for further study.

She is a legendary Witch known for her ability to destroy other fantasy creatures. With her particular compendiums and skill, it is said that she is the witch who has finally found a way to surpass the anti magic toxin. This probably isn't true.

Her personality is quite similiar to Kinzo's at times.
