=P Given that the other RP is going to be discontinued, I think I shall create a CS too. Originally I wanted to create a Phoenix but it seems that the team lacks fire power. I don't know if Phantom will like this but well let's see how it goes. In the worse case scenario I will revert back to the Phoenix. There is one particular CS I want to see. <.< Well make that 2. I wonder when they are going to post it. Other than that I am loving everything so far! x3 Male siren <3 ... that is unusual. ----------------------------------------------------------- Name: Tristan Dwight Age: 27 Gender: Male Appearance:
Tristan is not that tall compared to the other male Peace Keepers. His pale blue eyes and sandy blonde hair makes it hard for people to guess his actual nationality. While he can be fastidious about his appearance when the need arises, he prefers a more casual style of dressing. He is often seen in jeans and a shirt when off duty.
Race: Human Job/Skills: Hunter Skill 1 - Marksman Tristan is skilled at using various firearms. He is able to hit moving targets at a slightly further distance than the average human. His preferred weapon is a sniper’s rifle rather than the pistol. However He often carries both while out on missions to be safe. He isn't very good at close ranged hand to hand combat. In such scenarios he will have to rely on his wits. Skill 2 - Poison Synthesis Using the knowledge that has been in his family for generations Tristan is able to come up with deadly poisons that can paralyze, weaken or even kill his targets. One of his ancestors was the one who came up with the prototype of the ‘silver bullet’ that supposedly kills werewolves. Not that anyone believed his family till 50 years ago. He is fairly familiar with the physiology of some of the mortal (supernatural) races but it still disturbs him that there are a number of supernatural beings that he can’t even harm let alone kill. He refuses to accept that true immortals exist. Skill 3 - Extensive knowledge of ancient languages He knows a number of ancient languages such as Latin, Ancient Greek, Classical Chinese and Hebrew, or at least to an extent that allows him to decipher most of the ancient texts and manuscripts that come into his possession. He might be able to read and write very well but he isn't very good when it comes to the actually speaking these languages. This quirk is also true for English. Nothing frustrates him more than having to hold a conversation with multiple people at once. This can be attributed to the fact that he used to stutter as a child. He keeps telling himself that he has grown out of it but somehow he will begin stuttering again when he is very tired or distracted. Items: The Compendium This ancient book has been passed down for generations. It contains extensive notes on a whole range of supernatural creatures and supposedly effective methods of slaying them. Most of the book is written in Latin though there are sections written in Old English. Only the last three newer chapters written by Tristan are in English. He penned down amendments to the existing information about the super natural beings in the new chapters. Phoenix Flame This ruby red gem which Tristan wears around his neck seems to glow from deep within. However it seems to be growing duller as if the inner fire is dying. The restorative powers of the gem can barely heal a bad cut let alone a deadly would. Personality: Having suffered a huge blow to his confidence Tristan is now much more down to earth. This trait combined with his natural stubbornness and extremely logical mind makes him one of the most goal oriented Peace Keepers around. During missions he aims to complete all the assigned objectives by any means possible even if it means killing innocent by standers. He continues to keep to himself because he knows that few of his non-human colleagues are happy to have a former hunter around. His preference for hanging around the other humans only makes him seem more arrogant to the other supernatural Peace Keepers. Deep down he resents his current situation and he consoles himself by rationalizing that working as a Peace Keeper is better than being locked up in a cell till he dies. Years in the Peacekeepers: 1 Why you joined: A typical 9 to 5 job wasn't the thing Tristan wanted once he graduated from college. He needed something more thrilling. Despite having never met his grandfather Tristan was as deeply fascinated by the other creatures that walk the earth as the elder Dwight was. It wasn't curiosity but rather a morbid fascination which underpins his desire to kill and overpower these bizarre creatures. This led him to become an “assassin” for hire specializing in dealing with unwanted supernatural persons. His arrogance made him accept the more challenging assignments that few hunters were willing to accept. He was finally arrested after failing to assassinate a prominent Elvish ambassador. He would have served a life sentence had he not impressed the authorities with his extensive knowledge about the other races. He was offered a position as Peace Keeper with fewer privileges. When off duty his weapons would be confiscated and he will not be allowed to wander off unescorted. He was also warned that he would be sent straight to prison if he ever stepped out of line. Personal Arc: Tristan accidentally discovers the truth about the Phoenix Flame and learns how his ancestor tried to create it. This made him obsessed with finding the phoenix. All he has to do was to capture the bird and complete the ritual to obtain the real Phoenix Flame – a gem that not only heals but allows him to control fire itself. Such an artifact will give him, a mere human mortal, enough power to keep the Peace Keepers at bay and rebuild his reputation as the best hunter out there. All he has to do was to escape on their next mission…
