Although for Tobi, I guess it depends on how he fights. Best to think of like a theme. I understand he only uses his wood power when necessary so you only need a few attacks for that. My mind keeps jumping to wood hammer (yeah, from pokemon). Although it's be funny for him to fall on someone and yell "TIMBER", maybe with a quip about how a tree falling.
