Hey, I'd just like to argue my case a bit here if that's okay?

I may just have misread the 'tone' of this RP.

I got the impression that we will actually be using these battle chips? In that case knowing how to fight is kind of essential unless everyone is going to be playing the plucky rebel who beats much more skilled opponents through luck and being the good guy, imo just as cliche.

I see what you are saying and from your perspective I have not explained it enough for what I'm about to say to be evident I guess. It only works on the 'weak of mind', That pretty much guarantees no one with a battle chip, and only a small number of normal people. A few normal people arn't very op against say someone with super speed, or a sword.

Again, how am I supposed to not be ganked by the first battle chip person I deal with if a dagger to the stomach will do me in? I used the wrong word in 'block' I meant Parry, which is where you knock the blade off course, I was trying to avoid the cliche of a sword or dagger.
