"You're very luck to have him," Tony's smile was only slightly, dark brown eyes fixed on the DVD he was looking at. "And I am glad that he makes you feel better." If a bit jealous. He knew for a fact Thor and Loki had a lot of fights. But through it all they were still brothers and supported each other. Thor still worried about and loved his brother even after all that he had done. Tony had never been close to another person like that. Sure, he had Pepper, but that wasn't the same. They were close, and she cleaned up all of his messes, but they weren't that close. Especially after their attempt at a relationship hadn't worked. Tony glanced at Loki again, biting his lip slightly. It was quite obvious that Loki felt guilty about everything he had done. And that was a start. First step towards making up for it. He truly did regret his actions. He slowly got up, walking over to where Loki was lying. He rather awkwardly put a hand on Loki's shoulder, meant to be comforting. "I know, I can tell," he said quietly. "And if I can tell you regret it, others will. You'll be able to make up for it. Just, don't think about it right now. You can't change the past so don't concentrate on it. Think about the future." And those were Tony's words of wisdom of the day, given to a god who was probably hundreds of years older than him. "How about Lord of the Rings? Its more than long enough to last a whole day," Tony smiled slightly. "Its a pretty cool movie." And he had the extended editions so that was... over nine hours of movies. Yeah, they would spend most of the day doing this. Not that either of them had anything else to do. Tony took the DVD, slipping it into the player and switching on the screen. It took a while to come up and Tony was quick to skip through the ensuing adverts. He disliked adverts. "Ready to start, Lokes?"
