Well my idea was that the beam jammers of the ancient outpost are actually just a result of sensor jamming hence to beam we cannot get a lock on the facility. Ancient beaming (unlike Asgard) only work sbetween fixed points, such as the teleport rooms in atlantis and the ring platforms. 

Asgard requires a lock on to the target to be beamed and a location. The idea is we can't beam into the facility as the sensor jamming tech prevents us from getting a lock.
