For those who haven't been accepted, just because you haven't made it in this time does not mean you are expelled forever. After I finish up the first major arc involving all of our characters (which if we keep up to schedule should be concluded within 6 months lol) then I will re-open the application period for this RP as we will be expanding and require more new recruits.
