So... I'm thinking of making a character for the multiverse here who would essentially be a lightning bruiser, but with very heavy emphasis on the bruiser and not so much on the lightning. How strong would be too strong for a high tier character? 10,000 tonnes? 100,000 tonnes? 1,000,000 tonnes? It was mentioned before that superman would likely be high-tier, and his strength alone would likely be well over 1,000,000 tonnes, plus all his other powers.
