First off, I think that less drama could have been involved with creating the RP itself in the first place. A firm hand could have been used, and if someone gets too far out of hand, you as the GM do have the right to remove someone from the roleplay entirely for causing trouble. In addition, firmly addressing the problem early would have helped out as well. From personal experience, I've had an RP die because I didn't take decisive action early and often to make sure that trouble didn't get out of my own control. Secondly, involvement with as many people as you could would have made posting for the others more conducive to carrying the RP on. From what I saw there weren't very many posts involving interaction between Naqah and more than one/two factions, in spite of the fact that it was surrounded by quite a lot. Third, you had a case of bad luck. With exams just starting, people don't have as much time to devote to RPing as they normally do. Don't sweat it. When the month's done you won't be worrying nearly as much about other people's time constraints.
