He's been back and forth between floating around town seeing what all the commotion is about. When he went back to his "house" (a broken down, falling to pieces apartment building on the other side of town) he just had a thought that didn't sit well with him and he just shot across the sky above everyone. He's headed toward Wendingo Wail's HQ.
