Bob and Eris are far from omnipotent. A character like Hope is, by estimation, roughly 100.000.000.000x more powerful than Bob is. I classify 'power' by maximum destructive force, the amount of mass a being can destroy with a single spell or attack. Bob's standard limit is 3S, or 3.600.000 Earth-sized planets of mass. If you want, I could translate tha tinto megatons of dinamite for you, but I find it unnecessary. Bob is capable of creating new objects with the energy he moves around, and depending on how people view him, their perspective can make him more or less powerful, but that's his baseline.
Hope is Galaxy Level, which is 500.0000x star level, I'm not even going to calculate just how many planets that is. This is her maximum explosive power, and she as well as Bob has enough control to use their maximum power for defense, although each is unique in how they use power, however, this simple stat gives you an idea of the power difference there.
