Hmm slightly bleeding eyes oh the pain.... Gaara was a 16 year old kage but he wasn't OP just like the one in this RP, she's good but not overly powerful. Your explanation of you acquiring Mangekyou shows someone else killed your sensei, however mangekyou only activates from guilt thinking it was your fault or from actually killing them, there is no way your character would believe that was his fault but instead you listed he did as a convenient way to become OP... You don't list any siblings so I assume that you had to receive your mangekyou transfer from one of your parents or otherwise you wouldn't have EMS

Then it seems like you weren't happy with OP techniques and you decided to take it to a new level by upgrading Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, was that really necessary?

"Takahiro teleports to their blind spot" So now he can move instantaneously as well as sword technique that gets stronger if the oponent is stronger just so you can justify a one hit kill althought it shouldn't be that strong.

That's not even covering your normal jutsu, look man I don't really care if your character is OP I know you are trying to fulfill a fantasy of having an insanely strong character we all want to but don't shit in front of my face and tell me it's chocolate.. Get what I'm saying? Don't piss over me and tell me it's rain. If your character is OP just admit it don't try cover it up or try justify it. However I myself don't see the point you won't have much chance to dominate and/or kill someone in a fight, maybe if this turns to war you can but if Corrupt allows your character all of this then all of the Kage's are gonna vamp up their power or atleast I am to the point were you look like a mere genin but would that be fun? 

All in all it seems to me like you were trying to create a perfect character, maybe a perfect version of what you wish you were. Take away the jutsu and the kekkei genkai you see that this was an attempt to create a perfect being and all but I'm not expert let's see what corrupt says
