Lightning can be dodged, if you haven't noticed, in the universe of naruto. It can be blocked as well. I did not say it had the quickness of which Amaterasu was executed; I simply said its speed was COMPARABLE to lightning, and that its power to Amaterasu's flames. They do not need to move instantaneously. End of story.

An immense amount of chakra would be needed and strain would be placed everywhere across the body - similar to what Sasuke felt when he used his Susanoo over a longer period than he should've. I was hoping to save the weaknesses for when in the actual story, but I guess I'll have to explain them to you. If your character knows the ins and outs of your own genjutsu/fuinjutsu/juinjutsu, wouldn't you know the exact counters to it? That would make it easy to escape from them, would it not?

I don't believe you've read the even nastier side effects of the upgraded techniques. If Tsukyomi puts immense strain on the eyes, don't you think the upgraded version would put an even bigger strain?

I'll explain it in full detail, since you've inquired so kindly.
This technique works similar to genjutsu, in the fact that it manipulates a certain part of the opponent's body to activate it. However, this specifically writes a seal in their chakra pathway system in their brain, through an imbalance in chakra. Then, the seal is created and activated, paralyzing the enemy until an unsealing jutsu is used.

I believe I have already mentioned the teleport earlier. His kekkei tota is specifically meant to punish his opponents for being stronger - but unless he uses a jutsu that does a lot of damage, it will not one hit kill nor justify it - though it can become stronger as the enemy is stronger.

It's not a one-shot kill. This only works on one person at a time. If another person were to be there and even interrupt it a slight bit, the whole technique would fail, Takahiro would be left defenseless and his chakra levels would be depleted as the move would virtually stop. You're basically asking me to tell you all his weaknesses.

If you really haven't read, it takes time for the runes to form and circle around him. I'll give you the details; the runes take approximately 7.8 seconds to write themselves in the air around Takahiro for the teleport-kick to work.

Chill. Derogatory language is not cool. I don't think my character is OP, because of the reasons I have already stated. You have just skimmed through my character and came up with some hypothesis that it was the most overpowered thing in creation, when you don't even notice the other overpowered things around you. That's what bias is.

Of course my character isn't perfect. Every character has flaws, though I was going to wait until the story to show how truly flawed my character was, especially mentally. You, however, have forced me to explain the flaws of his jutsu, which I was going to hope to only reveal in the story.
