Hmm, that's because it was a more fantasy orientated Omniverse, I prefer it personally. Swords and sorcery is a lot more interesting than 'I pull the trigger of my Uzi lolololol.'

Frankly, it seems like people interested in those sorts of weapons are only interested in winning, but each to their own.
