Flood said half lying as while he had a tracking device on Ben, it was in his backpack. "However I also know that all the murders that have happened, the victims were criminals. Whether the law knew this and decided not to release it to the public or they didn't know, I don't care. I don't even care that you're murdering the criminals instead of capturing them, either way it's effective. What I do care about though is that you're careless enough to get caught. Whether you know it or not, SHIELD has a very special interest in you and being put on trial would effectively ruin any chances of them having you.
