If anything, being normal is UNDER-rated. By definition most people are 'normal,' because that's literally the exact definition of what 'normal' means. Yet we're all pushed to 'be ourselves' and 'don't conform' and 'play by your own rules,' well, when we do that, [i]we're normal people[/i]. All we're doing, collectively, is shoehorning average folks into an unnecessary and destructive identity crisis, in the facile hope of making them more comfortable by forcing them out of their comforts, and making them happier by belittling the things that make them happy. If someone ever tells you to stop caring what people think, start by tuning that person out, and see where you go from there. Then you'll be 'normal' and probably happier than if you bothered to put up with their bullshit.
