Name: Jason Renkin
Species: Human
Gender: Male Age: 26
 Faction: Republic Sympathies: Republic
Rank: Jedi Knight
 Occupation: Jedi Knight/ Medic
Skills: Good at Form 1, very good at Form 4, and exemplary at Form 7. Excellent medic.
Force Abilities: Your average Jedi ensemble. This includes telekinesis, healing, and heightened jumping abilities. It should be noted that while he isn't good at using much besides the three abilities listed (and using the Force to guide his movements) he is very good at Force Healing.
Equipment or Weapons: A holocron containing his Master's last words, as well as many elementary lessons on the Force, a green lightsaber. The handle is a sleek black, the activation button almost invisible to the untrained eye.
Appearance: Jason is a tall, handsome brown haired man with piercing green eyes and a scar running down his cheek and neck. He eschews the normal cloak of the Jedi, preferring to wear less constraining clothing. He tries to keep up a happy expression.
Personality: Despite his past and his main lightsaber form, Jason is one of the more stable Jedi Knights, and it's often been said that if it wasn't for his vehement denial of any Padawan assignment, he'd have one by now. Most of the time he at least maintains a jovial exterior, but any trained Force user can tell that's not much more than a facade.
 Home Planet: Correlia
History: Jason was taken from the planet of Correlia as a baby by the Jedi, and raised in their ways. He passed the Initiate trials with flying colors and was the first Padawan in his class, picked by Jedi Master Golin Squarth. The old, experienced, rigid Master and the young, new to life, and fun loving Padawan learned from each other, eventually gaining a bond greater than most Jedi and their apprentice. Halfway through the last year of training everything changed. They were sent after a rogue Jedi that had kidnapped Younglings and were bending them to his ways. Master Squarth was killed after a grueling duel, the Force forsaking him as he tried to do one last attack. Or at least that's what it looked like to Jason. In reality the old man's legs couldn't put out enough power, but Jason didn't know that. He jumped in. The only emotion he was feeling was not anger, it was regret. Regret that scum like this rogue wandered free while his Master lay too wounded for Jason to heal him. He killed the already tired Jedi and freed the kids, recording his Master's last moments on a holocron. He was knighted for his bravery, a small consolation. Since then he's lost some of his faith in the Force, and isn't as powerful as he will be one day. Ladies and gentlemen, your Jedi.
