This could be a new Stealth Suit. Stealth Suit Mk III, a recreation of the Mk II after it left the facility. But with some issues, namely that issue on how your character cannot live without it. The Stealth Suit Mk III was suppose to provide a certain constant regeneration to it's wearer, enhancing the wearers blood or whatever, but in the process made it impossible for the wearing to live outside the support of the suit, due to the effects on it's body. You character could be a recent discovery by the Enclave, who have withheld her from the current mission to do further research on her and see how her suit holds up in Eagle Claw training.
