*sighs* Said "sub-tier" is not listed in Arkaeis' CS and never was to begin with. Nevermind, all I was trying to say is he may be just at the boundary of high tier, or may indeed fall into the general scope of that tier.

We'll see when he is reviewed as I am not sure. He can be nerfed or further balanced out if he is indeed too "high tier" and goes further than I had intended. I'll probably add on a weaknesses and strength section to further clarify the pitfalls of his abilities, as there are quite a few despite there sometimes seeming to not be (as this has often been an issue I've had to conquer mostly due to the fact that Arkaeis' balancing factors are not always obvious to the common observer).
