Rachel was killing off one of the last few guys when she saw the battle going on with the last, Nao and that girl Ivory fighting him and trying to protect Eve and all of that, she thought that they would be able to handle him on their own but was surprised when one got a shot gun to the chest, that would have hurt.
As Ivory got shot in the chest and went over, Rachel moved in to help leaving the last guy to Eve or who ever could take him, she wanted to kill him but she knew she had to take the chance to help this person who she didn't even know.
As Ivory held onto the railing Rachel reached down her hand and grabbed onto Ivory's wrist, hauling her up "Well come on help me out, can't expect me to do all the lifting!" She called down to Ivory as she was finding it difficult to lift her over the railings without causing more damage to her wound.
